Rose-ann Mishio is an ambitious critical-thinker who has experience in projects both in African countries, Europe and Asia. A self-professed maker at heart, she sees architecture as a vehicle for improving people’s lives; a platform for defining space through creative and innovative ways in a structurally sound manner that facilitates the lifestyle of any given target group. As each country’s culture and setting differs, she is constantly motivated to learn and better herself to enable her improve on her multi-perspective approach to design and to be well equipped and abreast with socio-cultural and architectural trends. She has experience from small scale residential projects, to big scale apartments, commercial projects and conceptual designs. She is also an ambassador of The Architects’project (tap), an organisation that seeks to give back to communities through sustainable Architecture and by ‘tapping’ unharnessed and available resources.
